When purchasing a ticket for any event organised by Conversations & Connections, you are entering into an agreement with the event organiser.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon successful payment.

Tickets are issued electronically and confirmation details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

All prices displayed are in GBP (£).

Payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment provider, SumUp.

We do not store or have access to your payment card information.

Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Due to venue commitments, catering costs and event planning expenses, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another attendee with prior written approval from the organiser.

Requests for ticket transfers must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the event.

In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, attendees will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• A transfer to a future event of equal value.

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

• Event schedule

• Speakers

• Venue arrangements

• Event format

Where circumstances require.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
