The organiser shall not be liable for:

Travel costs
Accommodation costs

3. Payment Terms
All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of participation level.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content and access, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of the business unless otherwise stated.

5. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee specific financial results. Success depends on individual effort, consistency, and execution.

6. Client Responsibility
You agree to take full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results from participating in the programme.

7. Conduct

We are committed to creating a professional, respectful and welcoming environment for all attendees. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, abusive or inappropriate.

No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

Respectful behaviour is required in all group settings. We reserve the right to remove participants without refund for inappropriate conduct.
