Roxann is the founder of The Conversation Economy™, a premium platform that helps women use everyday conversations more intentionally to build confidence, create valuable connections and generate genuine business and income opportunities. I create spaces where women who are ready to take practical action, curated rooms and professional resources for women who are ready to take action. My experience spans retail sales, customer service, and network marketing — industries where your ability to connect, listen and communicate directly affects your results. Over time, I realised that my strongest opportunities rarely began with a perfect sales pitch. They began with a conversation. A question uncovered a need. A genuine connection led to a sale. That is when I stopped viewing conversations as just words and started recognising them as valuable business assets. Today, I help women who are ready to build a legacy use these rooms because too many capable women are building alone, being overlooked or leaving valuable opportunities inside conversations they don't know how to move forward. Here, women don't just exchange business cards. They learn, connect, practise and take practical action — because I believe the right conversation can change the direction of your business, and sometimes your life.
